The first phase of Roskilde University’s major redevelopment project has now been completed. The Pergola area is ready to welcome students and staff as a vibrant meeting point that strengthens the connection between the university’s buildings.

At Østerbrogade 190, Scandinavia’s first building constructed with the CREE system is currently underway – a six-storey townhouse built in a hybrid timber structure. The project marks the beginning of a new direction for construction in the Nordics: a more intelligent and resource-efficient building method.
